Your privacy on Mindra Job

• Account details — email address and password when you sign up. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic Google profile (name, email, avatar).
• Profile — full name, headline, bio, country, phone number (optional), and avatar image you choose to upload.
• Content you post — job offers, descriptions, images/videos, comments, likes, messages, mail you send to other members, calendar events, and meeting rooms you create.
• Guest posts — if you post as a guest, we store the name, country, and contact detail you provide with that post.

• Basic technical data (IP address, browser type, device info) needed to serve pages and keep the service secure.
• View counts on job posts so posters can see engagement.
• Language preference stored locally in your browser.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not run third-party advertising on Mindra Job.

• To create and secure your account.
• To display your profile, job posts, and messages to the people you choose to share them with.
• To let other members contact you (via in-app messages or mail) when you make yourself contactable.
• To send you the daily Mindra note in the Mail section.
• To operate features you use — meetings, calendar reminders, notifications, likes, comments, follows.
• To keep the platform safe (abuse detection, moderation, reports).

• Your name, avatar, headline, bio, country, and public job posts are visible to other Mindra Job users.
• Your phone number and any email you used to sign up are not shown publicly. Guest contact details are only visible to the poster.
• Messages, mail, and personal calendar events are visible only to you and the recipient.

• Lovable Cloud — hosting, authentication, database, and file storage.
• Google Sign-In — optional login provider.
• Aladhan API — used only to fetch prayer times based on your approximate location.
• Mindra Planner AI (ai-plan-manager.replit.app) — an assistant embedded in the app; your chats with it are processed by that service.

Each provider handles data under its own privacy terms.

We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. When you delete content, it is removed from the live app. When you delete your account, your profile and personal content are removed within a reasonable period; backups and moderation logs may persist for a limited time for security and legal reasons.

• Edit or delete your profile, job posts, comments, and messages at any time from within the app.
• Request a copy of your data or full account deletion by emailing us (see below).
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law (access, correction, portability, objection). Contact us to exercise them.

Mindra Job is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

We use industry-standard practices provided by our hosting platform — encrypted transport (HTTPS), row-level authorization on user data, and hashed passwords. No online service can guarantee absolute security; please use a strong, unique password and keep it private.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted in the app.
